General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which Smartdeals processes orders placed on www.bendeals-za.com.

On www.bendeals-za.com, we sell Smartdeals items and items from Smartdeals partners.

- Smartdeals partner items: Products for which a partner merchant is identified on the product page. All Smartdeals partners are independent professional merchants.
1. Scope of Application

2.4 The essential characteristics and prices of products are indicated on the respective product pages. Clicking the “Confirm Order” button finalizes the order and creates a binding purchase contract. You will receive confirmation of receipt by email.
For payments by bank transfer, products will be shipped after receipt of payment. Payment must be made within seven (7) days of order confirmation.
2.8 Delivery is subject to product availability. For partner items, availability also depends on the partner’s stock. Delivery is limited to the territories specified on the website at the time of purchase.
2.9 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party services acting on behalf of a user.
3. Prices, Shipping Fees, and Express Delivery
3.1 All prices displayed on www.bendeals-za.com are final prices, including applicable taxes.
Ownership of the goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received. However, risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product.

6.1 Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed exclusively on www.bendeals-za.com. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
6.2 To redeem a gift card, the code must be entered before completing the order. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash and can be checked in the customer account section.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of Smartdeals items within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Returned products must:
- Not be used, opened, or damaged
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be complete and in resaleable condition
